Hi, I’m David Galindo. I like to design and build digital products that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality.

About me
For +8 years, I have combined design, programming, and entrepreneurship to build scalable software products. I take ownership of the full product features lifecycle, with high attention to agile execution while delivering detailed UX and UI, from deeply understanding user needs and proposing solution architecture to prototyping/designing and syncing with engineering to assess technical feasibility, and measuring usage data to determine design success and iterate. I prioritize design backlogs with a strict business-driven approach, aiming to always propose design (UX and UI) decisions with solid rationale and pushing back when product vision misaligns with technical context. My role naturally bridges the gap between product management, engineering, and end-users.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a Product Lead and Product Designer at:
Exeboard: Corporate governance management tool.
Page Bird: SaaS for school websites with a custom in‑house CMS powered with AI.
Edoo: Education platform.
Darapti: Product design agency specializing in UX, UI and digital product strategy.
Skills
Product Design: UX/UI, prototyping (Figma, v0, Magicpatterns, Lovable), user research, needs discovery, product analysis, design systems (Shadcn, DaisyUI, Radix), AI-augmented UX validation.
Product Strategy: product management, SCRUM, market research, strategic analysis, product analytics tools (HotJar, PostHog), PRD & User Stories documentation, discovery & impact frameworks, design-to-development handoff.
Development: frontend (JavaScript, Angular, React.js, CSS, HTML), backend (Node.js, Django), styling frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, SASS/LESS), rapid app bootstrapping.
